I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor working with individuals and couples. My training included a range of approaches; Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive-Behavioral, which enables me to work integratively using techniques that may be best suited to your specific needs. However, I would describe myself as being grounded in Psychodynamic Theory. This means I work from the premise that our early experiences create recurring patterns that continue to influence the way we experience our reality and relate to others. By bringing these repetitive patterns into awareness, we can succeed in creating lasting change.
